I can confirm that when I added it to the main menu and selected it, my library immediately started to get updated. I guess it's just something to do with the auto-start as stated above by Squa7ch. Thanks for that.

Disregard this! As I have it working now.

I have the lasted nightly build of XBMC, and I can not find an option to install this plugin. I have tried re-installing XBMC, changing to different skins, updated the addons, and ShareThe.TV is nowhere to be found.

You don't see it because it's not in the official repos yet. It requires a fairly significant rewrite to be accepted. In the mean time others have been installing it from the zip file on the github page with some success. I need to find some free time to take a look at how it acts in Eden.

Hello ,

after hours of search and playing around i manually installed the plugin and then put my e-mail address and password to in XBMC and the kept XBMC running but still my movie collections wont show up ... i was not able to find the plugin under xbmc default skin

only way i was able to find the plugin was by going to ftp page of xmbc
http://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/xbmc/addons/dharma/

I am not sure what is wrong with this setup ...

Please advise

that all cool but here is the problem:

I cant find the plugin under XBMC Confused

so i google it and found a work around
i was able to get the plugin from
http://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/xbmc/addons/dharma/

I went to C drive program files xbmc and then drop the plugin into it because xbmc did not install from zip nor i was able to find it from xbmc search

i added my user name and password but after running xbmc for 2 days still i am not able to see my media collections

Advise please

Once you download.the zip file (say to your desktop), you need to boot up XBMC and go to System>Settings>Addons>Install from Zip (This is the path on the default Confluence Skin). After it is installed you can find it listed in the Programs Menu if needed. Don't forget to sign on (register) at the site so it'll be ready to receive your database.

Looks like i needs a tweak for Eden. "autorun" is wonky .. so just click on it (sharethetv) in the programs menu to force an update when required.
