I'm putting my vote for the diNovo. It's not cheap, but damn good. Only thing I dislike is that the arrow-keys are the same button so it's easy to press right when you want to go down and so on, but you get used to it.

Yes, easy to press but not so easy that you'll press them accidently. I'm quite spoiled about these things and I find it to be perfect.
