ronie Wrote:yes, you're looking in the xbmc folder probably,
but you need to look in your userdata folder.

let us know what OS you're on and we could point you to the right direction. :-)

Thanks ronie. I'm on W7. Found the solution by going into the skin details and looking at the file path of the skin to see where it's looking. Indeed it was in the userdata folder! Nod All sorted now and looking nice and grey! Wink

hello jpf, i really enjoy your color scheme,

i found that there is a small glitch with the highlight color on;
- the home screen last added movies ant tv show
- the weather hidden word grid (it is ...)

you just cant see the highlight because its the same color or too close

perrhaps you could let me know where to modify those particular color codes (with eg red)

big thanks!

Hi, could you post a picture of what you are talking about and also, which version on T! and XBMC are you using.

There is no highlight on NEW movies and TVshows, if you scroll through these, the fanart and poster changes accordingly, I thought that was sufficient biut maybe you are talking about something else.

As for the weather, I just don't know what you are talking about.

I lioke your backgrounds Big Grin
Mine is setup this way:
When in the home screen, it is my standard movie background but if I go right twice, I get the fanart of the selected movie. By the way, it is interesting that you would have "La guerre du feu", I actually worked on that movie for a couple of days. Do you want the word NEW in red or the movie or TVseries title?

As for Qlock, I remember looking into it and I believe the font color is controlled by the script, not the skin
[Image: 5829745879_a76e58f9e6_z_d.jpg]

I will look into both issues

sharing is caring Big Grin

i find that those backgrounds blend well with grayed transparency Nod

for the weather im sure it has to do with the color theme because if i switch back to the original color it works well (visible text),

as for the recently added script i would like to highlight in red the movie or episode title when hover, the same behavior than the original color theme where it is blue,

thanks m8 cheers

Add this line to grey.xml which is located in skin.transparency > colors
<color name="red">FFFF1313</color>

For Qlock:
in Includes.xml, change all instances of darkblue to red
[Image: 5832658015_ee64c1201a_z_d.jpg]

For RecentlyAdded, open the Includes_Home.xml
Depending on your svn and whether you have made other changes, the line numbers from 3.11.5 may not be accurate for you but look for blue and lightblue in the focusedlayout sections of:
RecentlyAddedMovies:
at line 1297, change blue to red
at line 1325, change lightblue to red
[Image: 5832657351_3c06fa065f_z_d.jpg]
RecentlyAddedTVshows:
at line 1518, change blue to red
at line 1546, change lightblue to red
[Image: 5833208930_2692ce218b_z_d.jpg]
Obviously, you will have to make these changes every time Includes_Home.xml is updated.

The weather icon is not mine, ronie added checkboxes in Settings > Skin Settings > Icons:
Home - Weather icon
Home - Animated Weather icons
[Image: 5832669839_07a818401d_z_d.jpg]

Thanks for sharing the backgrounds, on a funny note, whoever took the PhilippsHomeTheater picture, the one with the wine glass on the film cans, isn't much of a wine lover, there is no way in hell anyone can grab that glass from that angle whithout knocking it over with their elbow.
