I just found a new issue with the latest build of Dharma RC2.
I have some "Studio Master" quality music albums bought on http://www.quobuz.com Example : Keith Jarrett - Köln concert. This album is available in loosless ALAC format Hi Quality, which means :
Bits/Sample : 24bit
Sample Freq : 96k
This files plays fine on iTunes and believe me it's amazing ! :-)
Unfortunately this files does not play well in XBMC : the music is played too slow !
I already bought some ALAC Hi-quality files but in a little bit less good quality (24bits and 44,1k) which plays absolutely fine in XBMC. Even if those files plays well if you display the info panel during the title plays in fullscreen (press Tab to be in fullscreen, the press O to display the properties of the title that plays) it always report wrong bit/sample : XBMC always report 16bits even if 24bits and always report 44,1k sample freq. even in 80K or 96k.
I did not find a settings or advanced setting to workaround this issue.
I did not found a way to open a new ticket on http://trac.xbmc.org/ as I do not have an account.
As a resume :
Can anyone from XBMC team help me on this ?
