I have an ATV-1G with the CHD card. It works fine but I'd like to be able to switch between Linux-XBMC on the ATV and OSX-XBMC. I don't mind using a flash drive, external usb drive, etc... Is there a way to have a menu that would allow for a selection of which OS or device one wanted to boot at startup? On the Mac you can select what gets booted with the remote! Is something like that even possible on the ATV?

Yes, there is. First off, why would you want to switch is my question? Linux is ALWAYS better hehe....

Any ways.... are you comfortable with firmware modifications or ever experimented with XOM? Here is a thread to read - I have no read through it all, but perhaps there is a possibility.
