[LIVE] Ubuntu's splash on boot instead of XBMC's after upgrade
#1
Hey evetyone, I've just upgraded to RC2 from RC1 doing,

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade xbmc

After rebooting, I had Ubuntu's splash on boot instead of XBMC's.

I don't know what went wrong during upgrade. How do I get XBMC's splash back?

Thanks!

My guess is performing apt-get upgrade instead of apt-get install (which will upgrade the specified package if a newer version is available) updated more than just XBMC, which may have overwritten your splash.

This may help you get the XBMC splash back:
