I've been prompted into action after reading the comment -If you have outstanding issues speak now or forever hold your peace! - in the blog about Dharma RC2.
My issue is with the - <remote device="MCE_via_iMON"> - section in the file /usr/share/xbmc/system/Lircmap.xml. The line <select>KEY_OK</select> has a # before the KEY_OK.
Because of this I have to edit this file after every upgrade to get by remote's OK button to work and it would be brilliant to have this rectified. I've posted this here instead of submitting a bug report as in the back of my mind I have a feeling that there was a post about the OK and ENTER keys being the same and therefore the OK was commented out.
