XBMC Live Dharma rc2 install hangs on partitioner
#1
I cannot find the solution...

I have an Aspire Revo 1600 which has been running XBMC 9.11 for the past 6 months.

I want to upgrade to Dharma RC2 Live

I got the iso, used unetbootin to create a bootable USB Drive, plugged it.

The install starts well, then hangs when the partitioner loads (at 43%).

I used UBCD, GParted and wiped the disk. Reformatted to FAT32 (why not...)

Tried again, same result: Hanging at 43%, doesn't go anywhere.

Everything else before went fine...

Ideas please?

Ok, you can forget this one.

$30 later (USB DVDROM drive), I installed XBMC Live from CD instead of USB and everything went well.

I'm not ready to debug why the USB Thumbdrive created by unetbootin had some problems, especially now that I have a workaround.

Thanks
