Help With Media Flags

I need to rename some flags so that they display properly - I don't get a logo for the Starz! TV network (probably due to a missing ! in the flag file) and the SDTV flag doesn't display properly because sick beard names it as Episode Number - Episode Name - SD TV rather than SDTV. I thought I would be able to go into the media folder and just rename the relevant flags to match, but all that's there is a textures.xbt file.

Any suggestions? Any sorry if this is something very simple I'm overlooking :/
