Hi,
I've tried the current reFocus Skin on my XBOX running a recent build. Everything seems fine except that when playing music and switching to the visualization screen (or what it's called), I just see the Visualization (or the Fanart depending on the Skin settings), but no user interface whatsoever. I'm used to have a progress bar, song title, album cover and so forth, but none of this is visible. Is this on purpose? Is there any way to mod them back in, as I like the rest of the skin very much! Am I missing a setting somewhere?

These are issues caused by incompatibilities with xbmc4xbox.
As reFocus is not tested on nor developed for xbmc4xbox there's no way to guarantee things will work properly on the xbox, and as both application's development will continue to differentiate this will get worse over time.
