"live" dropped frames skipping

Today i went from some old beta to the dharma stable ver.
My problem is that every now and then it skipps a frame when watching .mkv files , i have looked in the sys.setup and cant find anything funky , i have an asrock 330ht with ion so the acceleration is checked and also the verticalsynck stuff.
Am i the only one with this problem or does anyone got som info about this ?
