[PM3.HD] Insert LeLa Music OSD

Hi,
I would like to modify my PM3.HD skin to make it usable on touchscreens. Therefore the following changes have to be made:

I want to use this control pad from the "LeLa"-skin instead of the one in PM3.HD because it has a "Now Playing"-button. (The left one is LeLa, right one is PM3.HD)

This button has to be added to the main screen because there is now possibility to switch to the music OSD.
