Wifi works, Ethernet not

Hello,

I can't seem to get the Remote Control function in
Android XBMC Remote to work on my wired HTPC.
Starting movies works but no buttons. (pause, stop e.g.)

On my wifi laptop everything works.

Do have to have other settings for wired Ethernet ?

EDIT: Forget it, I had forgotten to check "Allow other systems ...." on my HTPC.

Just wanted to say "thank you" for your edit listing your fix. I had the remote working previously but it wans't working after a reinstallation. I knew it must be some stupid little setting I forgot to click and this was it
