[WINDOWS] Proxy Authentication for Addons (Python Scripts and Plugins) in XBMC?

I am having issues with using a proxy server and your software. I have inserted my proxy information in the appropriate area of your software. Please note, the proxy information is correct (IP Address, Port, Username, Password). These setting are currently working with my web browsers and the ONLY issue I have is with YOUR software.

I have exhausted all of my knowledge trying to figure out why XBMC cannot connect to the internet with my proxy information added to the Network settings page. It will connect to the internet without the proxy information. Like many people, I use the proxy address for the regional benefits for watching internet television programs.

If I open any of my web browsers and insert my proxy authentication details, I can easily browse to say CBS's website and watch an episode. However when using XBMMC as a media center software with the SAME proxy information inserted, when I try and view the SAME episode using the CBS video service, I will receive a script error 407 message that basically explains that my proxy authentication is not correct. IT IS CORRECT!!!

Please assist if you can. Also, please do not reply with a response that asks me to ensure my proxy address, port, username and password are correct. They are, I'm an IT professional and we can move past that if you could. I would appreciate any help.
