Shutdown and Ubuntu
#1
For some reason When I hit 'shutdown', and shutdown is mapped to shutdown in settings, only about 30% of the time it actually shutsdown the other 70% XBMC just exits...

Is there something I need to do, presumably Ubuntu wise, to make it 100%...

I had this problem in Live10 for a few days, but I run a very specific setup where I login to a background session (NX server).
If you are doing stuff like that it could be the same issue.

the old multiple session shutdown permission that is mentioned in the xbmcbuntu guide is not activated by default in xbmcLive10, but is still needed in Lucid. (but not the Hal version of course)

Sorry if this is way off, you dont give a lot of info.
