Hi everybody,

I just bought a ATV, so I'm new to XBMC (This is my first thread)

I have problems with downloading covers of my DVD.
Configuration:
ATV (XBMC 10.0 Dharma)=> router => QNAP 219 (NAS)

All my .ISO files are store on my QNAP in one map (Children movies)

I added the following add-ons:
IMDb
MovieMeter
The MovieDB

I added a SMB location of my QNAP and selected IMDb

But I don't see any cover displayed

If I go to the "movie information" of the movie, I have to rename the file.
So in this case I changed it to "How to train a dragon" and then I can select
"How to train a dragon (2010)". Than it says that it's downloading the information, but the status bar is not changing. Ather a some time it says that no information can be found.

Hope you can help me. If you need more information, please let me know.

sounds like you are in 'file mode' instead of 'library mode'

Hi Davilla,

Thanks for you reply.
I restored the ATV and reinstalled XBMC, problem solved.

But some covers are not found (e.g. dutch cartoons)
How can I add these covers?

Last question for now:
Is it possible to startup XMBC directly in stead of first the apple menu, but without removing the ATV software?
Or is it possible to place XBMC at first in the list.

if the covers are stored locally in a folder on your system(s) you can manually add the cover art, don't quote me on this as I am not in front of either of my media hubs. If memory serves if you go to movie information there is an option to get thumb, select that then navigate to the folder where you have the cover art and select the appropriate cover.

Hi Hudson Hawk04,

I will try.

I also found a link how to boot with XBMC. I will try that too.
