[Linux] drm:radeon error
#1
Hello
I installed xbmc using the instructions found at http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW..._or_higher

I can start XBMC and navigate (with keyboard keys, not mouse) to the menus. It is random how long I can interact before it crashes. There is no consistency in which menu item or action causes the crash.

Immediately following the crash I get a message in kern.log/syslog of
[183183.708528] [drm:radeon_cs_ioctl] *ERROR* Failed to parse relocation -12!
It's the same error every time. No other items are added to the logs.

It's in the crash log but the system is:
################ SYSTEM INFO ################
Date: Tue Dec 28 15:22:31 CST 2010
XBMC Options:
Arch: i686
Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-27-generic #49-Ubuntu SMP Wed Dec 1 23:52:12 UTC 2010
Release:
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release: 10.04
Codename: lucid

The device is a Toshiba Satellite M115 laptop.

Output of lspci - http://wetmonkey.pastebin.com/GqWkR7cA

Output of the crashlog - http://wetmonkey.pastebin.com/mKMWkA4w

I have never used xbmc before and installed this on a lark. I attempted some google searches related to this and there were some launchpad bugs. These were 'fixed' in the latest kernels which I am already running.

Thanks so much for any help
