[AppleTV] Launcher and NitoTV missing from Front Row after update?

I'm still new at this but I thought I had it down. I updated NitoTV and Launcher on my Apple TV via Software Menu->3rd Party Plugins and now they're both gone from Frontrow. I know I can use the patchstick to get them to show back up but how come they disappear in the first place? How do I update them otherwise? Where do I put them using SSH? Frown

I think I figured it out, don't update Software Menu through the Frontrow interface. I'll mess around with a manual update after work.

I am encountering the same problem, only i have no idea what a 'patchstick' is or how i should restore this. I have an untethered JB on iOS 4.4.2/4.

Not the same problem, this is atv1 not atv2
