I am a new XBMC user with the latest version.
Can anyone tell me how to use my internal ATI Wonder Elite TV card with XBMC?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

XBMC v10.0 doesn't support TV cards. There are some experimental builds that do support TV cards, but I don't know if any of them will work with your card, and they're not easy to set up for the non-nerd.
