is there anyone who has the skill and time to adapt the "xbmc home weather" feature to get weather info from met.no (instead of weather.com)?

"xbmc home weather" isn't written in phyton. but it should be possible to replace it with an phyton script working on that site yes.
i'm currently having exams. perhaps other phyton programmers are doing the same

yes, more detailed info for norway, and much more locations to pick the weather from.
weather.com has only a few locations, met.no has a lot more... (in norway)

this is "shot" from a webpage that uses .asp to extract the same info.

(it would be nice to skip the "native" images, and use the ones used for "xbmc home weather")

taken from this page: http://met.no/nordland/bodo.html

it might be good to extract this too:
(short time forcast for area: http://met.no/nordland/korttid.html
and long time forcast: http://met.no/nordland/langtid.html

witch is accessed from the links "korttid" og "langtid" under the name of the place in view (here "bodø")
