Hi, it would be nice that when navigating into a folder, the selection goes directly to the first unwatched item. For shows with 24 episodes per season it can take long to figure the proper episode to watch!
Of course it would be specific to the TV lists, maybe a toggle per show.
Thoughts?
Jump to first unwatched item in a list

This would be a terrific addition IMHO.
I'm a recent convert from MediaBrowser and it was one of the best features, esp for TV series. Jump into a Series folder, focus is on series you're working on, go into that series, the next unwatched is already selected for you. +1 from me! |

Why not just use the "Hide Watched" option in TV and your problem is solved your always start on the first unwatched episode ?

Any solutions for this request?
I come from MediaPortal and this was a really nice feature that I really miss in XBMC ! |

+1 for this. Of course it should be optional, though. Perhaps on by default but disable-able via advancedsettings.xml?

+1, would be a nice option especially with an enable/disable option. The 'hide watched' option isn't one of my favourites.

Ok I've been searching and searching for a way to just play the next unwatched.. This workaround never occurred to me and worked like a charm! Thank you! Although I still think an automatically play unwatched setting would be a nice feature. I know other programs that had this. I'm actually surprised as feature rich xmbc is that it's not already in there. |

If a "+1" is allowed here, I'd add my "+1" to this - I don't want to hide watched items, but at the same time I don't particularly want to scroll through them to get to the first unwatched.
Coming from MediaBrowser, as others have, it's a great feature. |
