Error: Forbidden; when trying to submit file.

Hi,
I read this: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=XBMC_Translator
and tried http://trac.xbmc.org/newticket

it gives error "TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation"

could you please give me some further instructions ?

you need to login to trac to post a ticket, it's the same credentials as on the forum.

could you please add a note http://trac.xbmc.org/login page that first have to register forums and then use those details in trac ?

from that very page:
'Please login with your forum username and password.
NOTE: Both username AND password is case-sensitive.'
