hi.
i have searched for this problem for a while now. got the same problem with my previous release of xbmc. did a new installation with the 10 version and hoped for that should solve the problem. but it didn't.

its when i right-click at the folder and take scan for new content i got this crash of the program and it kicks me out to windows.
i have to scan to get the info for every folder but it always crash so the folders got no info or poster.

have a debug log for it. tested to take the last movie before the crash out. but it didnt solve the problem.
anyone got a clue what to do? didnt have this problem a year ago when i was running win7 at an older computer.

It looks as if it's generating an exception 0xc00000fd, which is a stack overflow. The crash looks as if it's happening when processing:

zip://rar://E:\1080p\Hot.Fuzz.2007.1080p.BD9.x264-BDiSC\bdisc-hf-bd9.rar\create-bd9.zip/

i.e. a zip in a rar. Try temporarily moving this file elsewhere and see if that stops the crash.
