Awesome, thanks. I've been downloading XBMC Live for almost 4 hours now and only getting 25KB/s. Is it supposed to be going this slowly?

I had been using the "automatic downloader" but this time I used the live disk I'd created a few days ago and it worked no worries. Cheers Hannes.

I found out that my old school pentium 3 from 10-15 years ago will boot from a USB key when my 5 year old Core2duo will not. Ridiculous.

thanks

Sweet! It will allow you to use an external USB HDD! This is perfect for what I've been looking for. Testing it out now.

I can't get my Revo to boot from a flash drive created with LiLi. I used Dharma 10.0 ISO, told LiLi to format my USB drive. All I get when I try to boot from said flash drive all I get is a blinking cursor...

Just used LiLi to make a live install on a 4 gig flash with persistence. It worked great, no problems at all.

I now have Live running on a new Zotac Zbox HD-ND02.Cool

So you don't need an internal HD, and everything runs on the USB drive right? If that's the case I could get an Atom Ion system and not even put it in a case and just have it screwed to the back of the TV.
