hide watched overlay

I'm using Malexx's mod for Cirrus and I cant figure out how to remove the watched overlay, I have looked through every menu Im sure, can anyone tell me how to disable it.

iam pretty sure that the feature isnt there in Cirrus at all.
Why not just load another skin like Alaska or Confluence and make the setting there?

I know its not in your mod, I have loaded several different skins to disable it but when ever I come back to cirrus it seems to still be there.
