Where can I find a list of remote commands?
#1
Hi there...

I am trying to work out how to get my remote to be able to use a button to add things to the que, or remove them from que if you are in the playlist mode (y on the old xbox version)

and a button to display the playlist (X on teh xbox version if you were in file or library list)

I would also like a button on the remote to bring up the menu (c on keyboard and black button i think on the old xbox) So i can add things to the library and stuff

My remote is working fine, these functions are just not working, so my plan is to just remape the existing buttons to do these functions instead of w/e they are doing now..

Dose anyone know how I would go about this and were I can get a list of all the commands?

You don't say what OS you are using. If it's Windows you need to create a custom keyboard.xml. If the remote is working through LIRC then, erm, don't know.

In either case there is a list of actions at http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Action_IDs and a list of functions at http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=List_of_Built_In_Functions. If you're using Windows there is a truly wonderful keymap editor at http://xbmcmce.sourceforge.net/
