I have two A/V setups connected to my HTPC using a HDMI-switch and S/PDIF...
Room 1: DLP projector (HDMI) and surround reciever (S/PDIF)
Room 2: LCD TV (HDMI)
My former TViX box had no problem sending audio out over both HDMI and S/PDIF simultaneously. But this seems to be much tougher to achieve using xbmc? I can switch manually in xbmc but there are quite a few settings that must be changed (4 or 5 each time I believe, and sometimes xbmc must be restarted).
First choice would be to always output to both. Can that be done?
Second choice to make it easier to switch between the two outputs. Any tips? (addon or script maybe?)
The HTPC is running xbmc 10.0 and Windows 7 x64.
