I own a Wintv Pvr2 with a remote ir recever thing,
I'm haveing problems to get it to work with XBCM (the latest as of 2 days ago) I installed the drivers from my pvr and rest my computer to get the ir to function. it does not work in media center, the comapy is wanting to charge me to trubble shoot for windows media center, and im not paying,
I'm thinking it might have something to do with me running windows 7 64bit, I'm currently testing the software out on my desktop system before I implent it on my main media center system, I am going to test it on that system in a few minuits as I have the time


I'm stuped on what is not working, any help on whats not working ?

also the remote has battries in it, and the voltage of each battrie is 1.4v trust me I checked that first and it is the right remote aswell

i have the same kinda thing...I am running Windows 7 64-Bit. My remote came with a hauppage tuner card.
I had to edit my irremote.ini located in the c:\windows directory and add the commands for xbmc...

I found the info somewhere on these forums on how to do it.
