That means you are on the latest iOS version for the ATV2. Not sure if GreenPoison has been updated to jailbreak that version of iOS yet. And if it has, it will be a tethered jailbreak.
Supposely a new jailbreak for the latest iOS is on the verge of being released. It will be untethered so I would await for that.
Otherwise, you may want to look up ways to restore back down to AppleTV Software 4.1.1...which corresponds to OS Build 4.2.1.
I think being on the latest version of iOS is the source of your problem.
BTW: OS Build Version: 4.3 (8F202) is iOS 4.3.1. ATV2 doesn't report the last digit for the OS Build.

In iOS build 8F202 I thought Apple upgraded the Apple TV software (4.2 to 4.2.1) but not iOS itself (seems like it stayed at iOS 4.3). If 8F202 was iOS 4.3.1 wouldn't the ipsw names have changed too? Anyway, here's the pages I used when I went digging a couple weeks ago. http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=970 http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4448 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOS_version_history
