[AppleTV2] How do I remove a source?

I just installed XBMC on my ATV2 using Seas0npass to jailbreak. I added several sources to movie files on my HP Mediasmart server. But I forgot to set the content type - so I'm trying to figure out how to remove a source and then start over. I've tried every key combination I can think of using the Apple remote, but I can't figure this out. Could someone tell me how to remove a source? Also, is there some way to change the content type for a source once it's installed, or to go back and enable auto scanning? Thanks.

thanks very much. I found the post on how to remove sources from an iPad, but I missed the one you pointed out.
