[AppleTV2] Can't play .iso file or video_ts folder

I have a ATV2 streaming video from my HP Mediasmart server, but I can't seem to get .iso files or video_ts folders to play. I know that the files are okay since I can play them using VLC running on my Macbook. I'd appreciate any info on why these files might not be playing properly. Thanks.

Okay, I see in the known issue section that "VOB/ISO files do not play correctly/at all as libdvdcss has not be enabled."

Is this something that is planned to work in future updates, or is this a permanent limitation for the ATV2?
