[iPad] iPad video out?

The iPad VGA adapter supports video out for movies and photos. Anyone got this to work with xbmc?

I tried, as suggested by someone here, the jailbreak app "displayout" and it works beautifully. It mirrors whatever's displayed on the iPad to the output so it works for more than just xbmc.

I didn't notice any slow down on a 720p video but it wasn't a very high bitrate file so I can't say it will work definitively with really taxing videos.

With Composite Cables and TV out Tuner the video/audio was mirrored on my TV, however the size was smaller than other video apps output and the settings in TV out Tuner would have to be tweaked really far to line it up right. iPhone4.
