[AppleTV2] ATV2 Remote issues

Up and down on the remote don't seem to do anything. Is there a way to map them to the same actions as normal xbmc where it skips 10 minutes at a time? Better yet, does a mapping of button ids to the button on the controller?

known issues, IR remote keymap is ignored at the present time.
