[AppleTV] MMS Support?
#1
Is mms supported in apple tv? Tried to play a couple of streams ( mms://*) and the logs complained about it not being supported or recognized, I believe libmms is a dependency.

So I was thinking maybe it's not supported yet ?

It seems it doesn't work.
I've tried it on ipad.

Also tried rtmp, same things.
So, most obviously librtmp and libmms are missing.

Yeah I know librtmp is missing but I didn't see any mention about libmms so I guess that hasn't been ported over yet either.

Isn't librtmp seperate from libmms though?

my bad.

libmms is getting dropped and mms support picked up via ffmepg. libmms requires glib for silly endian support functions and the glib depends brings in all sorts of crap that is not needed.

Cool, less external libraries the better.
