Bug Report - Shade doesn't support user's background choice

Current version of shade (1.1.3) doesn't support user's background.

Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings > Skin > Background
2. Change the Home background

Expected:
* The selected background is displayed in the Home view.

Current result:
* The Home view still display the default background.

I'm sorry. I forgot to mention. it's the shutdown background that doesn't change.
