When I try to install emm-r v2398_x86 on windows 7 32 bit I keep getting these errors. I really want to use this, please help!

This issue is addressed in Ember-Revisited's post in this same forum.

Long story short - Sourceforge is having problems so you couldn't download the database during install. In Ember's forum post there will be updates and there's a temporary workaround using a file someone uploaded.
You should really post in that thread or use the project's website.
