Once downloaded, unzip it to:

users/your_user_name/Library/Application Support/XBMC/addons/

You should end up with a folder skin.aeon65 (or whatever Aeon flavor you chose)

EDIT: Provided that you're using latest XBMC and you downloaded Aeon version, compatible with latest Dharma release of Xbmc.

And the Aeon65 is the same for all platform?

Aeon is skin for XBMC, and every platform XBMC runs on. Though I wouldn't try to put it on iPad or ATV2 but it should work (sluggishly) on those too.
