DVB-T Tuners + Linux

Hi,

Picked up a reasonably cheap USB dvb-t tuner recently that I beleived had support under Linux for use with tvheadend that hasnt worked out so well.

So I'm after recommendations for a decent USB or PCI DVB-T tuner that people have had success with? Any tips?

Anyone had any luck with the Hauppauge WinTV Nova TD 500?

I haven't had any problem with the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T-500 on ubuntu maverick 10.10. Tvheadend worked on without any problems. But my card is T-500, you mention TD-500, look at wiki for further details:

N.B. Remember to uncheck "scan mux when idle" with this card due to issues that I had during playback tv channel with this option enabled.
