I have problems playing DVD movies (mpeg2) in xbmc 10.0 and windows 7. mkv files play fine but dvd files play like it is at the wrong refreshrate.
If i activate "use fullscreen window rather than full screen" in settings the dvd runs better (more smoothly) but then i get vertical sync problems.
I have tried several combinations of settings but i cant figure out the problem.
I don´t have this problem when tested in MPC-HC, Media portal or Win mediaplayer, so this must be a xbmc specific problem. i am running ATI so it may be a xbmc-ATI problem?
I really need some help or suggestions to fix this or else i have to return to Media Portal again.

Well i think i can answer this myself I think i have seen the known bug when you get video stutter when coming back from sleep mode. I solved it by restarting windows a couple of times.
I hope the devs is able to locate and fix this soon because this is really the number 1 bug in xbmc, media playing really have to work in a mediacenter application.
