Question regarding viewing cast info

can't reproduce i'm afraid.
i assume you've made sure cast info is available for the movie you're playing?

could either of you do this please:

update your svn again
restart xbmc
skin settings > show debug info
play movie/episode
bring up the cast info and create a screenshot

on the movie info dialog, click the cast button.
does it show the cast there?

it's a bug in xbmc.

it'll only work with a very recent git build of xbmc.

I actually saw this recently and thought it was very useful, then it went away and I've not seen it since. This was in the same viewing session.

Running XBMC 10.1 on windows, Transparency SVN auto updating, so whetever version was available three days ago.

I watched an episode of a tv show, pressed info and noticed this little person icon, selected it and got a list of cast.
Then I watched the next episode of the same show, and this time the icon was not there. Not seen it since.

Hopefully it can come back, I liked it.

it should work fine with the latest nightly builds of xbmc.

also note, since you're auto updating the skin, the current svn version is not compatible anymore with xbmc dharma 10.1
