i've been a long time xbmc user. but it's only until recently that i've discovered how great giftie's "Cinema Experience" add-on really is

i was having a hard time finding good quality intro videos to use with this add-on. so i went to vipidme site and purchased a small points package. these are the results so far.

i took the liberty to upload what i have to megaupload. some of you might just want one or two, that's why i won't upload one big package containing all of them.

it's kind of confusing, but from what i can understand, after you purchase a small points package at this site, you're allowed to create half a dozen or so high quality videos every day for 30 days.

if anyone using the "cinema experience" add-on have any suggestions on what you like to see, i'd be happy to try and help out.

really not familiar with anything pertaining to atv.
all the videos are done from templates found on the vipidme site. all that's involved is selecting the template you like and entering your desired text. after the video is complete, it can be saved as .mp4 of .flv

you can visit that site and have a look. if you have suggestions just let me know.

Great man, I was planning in doing some generic "XBMC" intro tagged vids to share, you just spear me the work, thanks.

Would be nice to have one of every kind available, just tagged "XBMC"/"Home Theater"/"Feature Presentation"/Coming Attractions", just keeping it generic/vanilla so everyone can use, just like the ones you already created.

Very nice! I've been thinking of buying a points package but was a little unsure how it works.

I did some low res tests and for the Coming Attractions and Feature Presentation vids I like the generic "Design Intro" theme, just very quick and basic without any extra text but it's a cool effect if you do them each in different colors.

I am using the 'coming attractions lionsgate' video. I like how XBMC is understated in that particular clip.

It kind of takes away from the HT experience if you are putting all the emphasis on XBMC - rather than simply displaying "Coming Attractions", "Feature Presentation", etc... [IMO]

Yes, as much as I love XBMC, it does take away from the Theater illusioin just a little bit.

By the way, if any of you use a free account on vipid and want to download the mp4, I can show you how to do. They ask that you pay to be able to download free vids that you create, but by digging around in the source code, I found where the .mp4 file is stored.

To save all of you waiting for megaupload, I'll post the direct links to the files in a few minutes.
