Hi guys..

Thanks for your support in setting up my perfect system - i am now in the process in adding more and more scripts to the system (another story..)

anyhow..

Not used the system in well over 2weeks due to commitments at university, today i turned it on and everything was fine.. although when playing from my PC downstairs (which its always been this setup).. its now playing back very choppy.. as though i am downloading which i aint..

anything i can do to speed up the link between the 2 systems?

ps:
Acer Revo r3610 is running nothing but XBMC on win7

and

custom built storage pc is running nothing at all.. just logged in

If you copy a file to the HTPC and play it does it play fine? If so it must the network link.
