For quite a while, I could click on "More information" by right-clicking on video poster. Now nothing happens when I do that.

Is this error unknown? Is there anyone who knows what to do to get "Movie Information" back?

what happens if you press "i" when a movie is selected?

Pressing "i" has no effect. Now, I can get into "Movie Information" screen from Library view only, but the "Refresh" button is grayed out so can't try new title lookup. odd

check your source to see if there is a scraper correctly set up on it.

It did have MovieDB assigned to it. I even tried deleting the source, deleting the IMDB add-in, cleaning the library and setting it up again. Then I added the source with MovieDB as scraper. Then went to Video - Library and right-clicked on a movie for "Movie Information" and "Refresh" is still grayed out.
Everything worked fine until I added the IMDB scraper over a week ago. Since then I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling scrapers. I even deleted the whole XBMC install as best I could and reinstalled and no help.

Solved.

Go to Videos .. Edit the source .. remove the source and add back again .. and scan for new items.
