[iPhone] TV Out

With the AppleTV2 still not for sale where I live I instead use my iPhone 4 hooked up to the TV to watch shows and movies.

At the moment I have to use Airvideo, but XBMC works great streaming directly from my NAS and I would love to switch to it instead. However - no TV Out support yet unfortunately.

Is this in plans?

Isn't there a app on Cydia for video out on the iPhone.

Is it really XBMC's problem?

Its no xbmc problem but anyways:

There is an app in cydia called displayout.
Just install and it will show up in preferences.
From there on you can simply mirror the iphone/ipad screen -> so even xbmc.
Use it all the time on ipad with the vga adapter.
