I need to restore the original firmware on my APTV2.

After that I will installa XBMC again but I dont want loose the "mark as view" flag for all my series and videos.

So how can I backup these settings?

I'd love to know if and how this is possible as we are TV hoarders far more than we are movie hoarders so if I have to restore, rejailbreak and reinstall XBMC there is a LOT of 'mark as watched' to be done afterwards!
