XBMC is set to put display to sleep when idle for 5 mins. When I use the mouse or remote XBMC comes back to life if I have no browser running. Problem is if I have a browser open (tested with firefox 3, internet explorer 8, chrome 8 and 10) the display will go to sleep no problem but I cannot wake it up. When I turn the tv on the screen remains dim. Close the browser window and the screen goes blank again straight away. Use the mouse or remote and xbmc comes back working fine.
If I am using the keyboard like now and the screen blanks the screen comes back on straight away but xbmc still stays dim until I close the browser window.
I have looked around on the forum and not found any posts with the same problem as mine
Does anyone have any idea why it's doing this? And more importantly, any suggestions on how to fix it? I have put a link to the debug log file at the top of this message.
