OK, redefined to non-3d-capable, non-transcoding semi-silent HTPC:

Case: Silverstone GD05B
PSU: Corsair VX450W
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3-1333 4 GB CL7 (Couldn't find any reasonable 2GB packages)
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 250 3Ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H
GPU: Zotac GeForce GT 430 1 GB Zone Edition

Look OK? I can supplement with 3rd party fans and coolers if needed.

the case i cant complain since its up to anybody's taste

the RAM i still think you can drop to 2GB (2x1GB).. search for
[RAM 1x2gb ddr3 1066 CL7] G.SKILL ($29 USD)
or
[RAM 1x2gb ddr3 1333 CL7] Crucial Ballistix ($36 USD)

the rest looks great!

It you droped the 3D bit, why not get a fanless GT210 instead like this one?
