A suggestion for smoother 10.1 to pre Eden transition:

Map ActivateWindow(VideoFiles) to Files node in Library with fallback to Library root if former isn't available.

I had to revert back to 10.1 because of the extreme lag I was experiencing.
Win7 HP with I7350 and Nvidia 9600 GT connected to 2 2TB nearly filled HHDs

When opening the Simpson folder (22 folder/seasons with 22 episodes) in file mode or favorites it takes 10 seconds compared to 1 second (10.1)
Also leaving the folder again takes much more time as before.

On my pc the new nightlies are extremely slow.
last installed from April 7 build

I also have not figured out if there is anywhere a changelog to the nighlies

I can confirm that library lookups can slow down listings lot making it quite uncomfortable to browse them (in some specific cases I would even call it unusable)

I also have a problem which I suspect to implementation of Files in Library, I have a share with thousands of videos (original topic), which has no content set but entering it has a noticable lag too. I've found when entering same share through Settings - File Manager there is no slow down.

Few questions for developers:
Would it be possible to...
1) bring listing of shares (with no content set) to same speed as in File Manager?
2) speed up library look ups
3) disable library lookups completely or at least for specific library shares (eg. with advancedsettings)

ok, just tested 10.1 and folder listing works as expected... < 1s

this source(path) has no content set, I believe this kind of delay is unacceptable.

Yep I have the same results Running On linux, But on windows all is ok

buges: The part of log I've provided in post above is from Windows version, I have same problem also on linux, so it's definitely platform wide.
