all my movies import perfect, however none of my TVShows are importing at all

Win7 X64
XBMC 10.0
Folder/File Structure:
TVShows\{ShowName}\{ShowName}-S{Season}\{ShowName} - [{Season}x{Episode}] - {EpisodeTitle}.avi
EG - TVShows\Chuck\Chuck-S3\Chuck - [03x08] - Chuck Verses the Fake Name.avi
Now from what i have been reading this structure would NOT be recognised by the default XBMC settings
So after reading the wiki (http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=TV_Shows_(Vi...rt_in_XBMC) I renamed a few episodes to try and get them to show up in the library.
I think renamed them to ....
TVShows\Chuck\Chuck.s03e08.avi
This still didnt show up, then after reading some more i found the advancedsettings.xml stuff about the TVScraper so i tried adding this in but also to no avail
Im really hoping i can get this working because if it does then i think ill stick with XBMC as i really like it so far.
below I have included my advancedsettings.xml file and also attached my logfile all i did was fireup XBMC and start a scan
according to the log the advancedsettings.xml file is recognised but the settings dont seem to apply, i also have the alwaysontop and fullscreen setting but neither of these seem to apply
Also i should mention that all my series get detected fine its just they show up with no episodes or season....
