Brand new APTV2, update to latest OS, ran GreenPois0n, jailbreak successful, NO WIFI anymore, ethernet seems to work as i install XBMC via Nitro, but it can;t seem to get the SMB share to work correctly as i can browse the share but it doesn't seem to work after that.

4x ATV2's (v4.3) XBMC Eden plus Windows 2003 server running MYSQL, CouchPotato, SickBeard & SABnzb. Server also running commvault's archiver with a 20 tape library!,!,, Oh and a 1x ATV1 (CrystalUbuntu) that runs my projector

And currently building my linux box to run all of the above...

Thanks. I'll run it again. Is there anyway to tell if it is jailbroke besides whether one can SSH in? All of my menus look normal, and there is nothing that I can see that would indicate it is JB.

Reset to defaults and rerun jailbreak

You should see this menu item:

Sounds like you just removed the USB cable too quickly, leave the cable in after the button changes to complete for about 1-2 mins

Tried that, the network apears sometimes, but never all the time. So have to use the ethernet. Read somewhere that GreenPois0n RC6 breaks wifi on some APTV2's, but haven't confirmed it yet.

About the only other thing would be a full restore via itunes and rejailbreak, that's what fixed it for me when Seas0nPass borked my WiFi, your much better off with cabled network tho, it doesn't stop to buffer at all and changing folders in the video sources is so much faster.

Lots of references to broken wifi with GreenPois0n RC6, http://twitter.com/#!/search/GreenPois0n%20wifi

Anyone else got the same problem?

This! Tried a different port (connected directly to the PC rather than via the monitor's USB ports) and got it to work first time.

Thanks so much!
